Marion Threatt has 17 years of experience in developing residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, and also 14 years of experience in the construction and development of telecommunications towers. He has worked in a number of leading organizations throughout his tenure.
Pinnacle Homes LLC: From February 1999 till November 2004 – The Company’s primary focus is to build residential homes.
Next, he worked with Summit Towers LLC from April 2001 till June 2003. This company was responsible for building telecommunications towers in the Southeastern region of the United States
Currently, he is working Crest Construction LLC: The organization is responsible for land development for residential, commercial, and industrial sites
He is also working with Focal Point LLC: This Company specializes in real estate development and brokerage.
Marion Threatt is the owner of Signal Source, LLC. This venture strives to provide the highest quality in the wireless industry. Signal Source, LLC is a well funded, experienced company with the ability to develop any size project and geared toward providing solution for wireless providers seeking to expand their service footprint in a timely manner.
Marion holds a degree in Business Management from University of Memphis; he also has a minor in Psychology and a MBA degree. He currently serves on the board of two privately held companies.
